Do you have to pay for Harvest

Clockk • July 6, 2023

Harvest has a paid version and a free version. When you first sign up for Harvest you get a 30-day free trial on the paid version. When your trial is over you can choose if you want to switch to the free version or upgrade to the paid version.

The free version does have some significant limitations:

  • Only for 1 person
  • Can’t have more than two projects
  • Doesn’t integrate with apps like QuickBooks and Asana
  • You can’t attach files to invoices or estimates

The paid plan is $10.80/month on annual subscription. You can have unlimited users and unlimited projects.

Automatic time tracking alternative

The biggest downside of Harvest is having to remember to start and stop a timer every time you take a break and switch between projects. If you are constantly jumping back and forth between multiple projects a day, consider automatic time tracking.

Clockk is an automatic time tracking app that runs in the background automatically recording the time you spend using different apps and websites. Clockk allows you to dive headfirst into your projects, while accurately tracking your day.

  • No start/stop timers to constantly monitor
  • Focus on delivering top-notch survive to your clients instead of tracking your hours
  • Make more money by capturing all your billable hours
  • Bill your clients confidently
  • Insights into your work patterns and productivity
